1)The gospel of salvation has been widely circulated throughout the world. But, many are yet to embrace it and be saved.
2)Man would rather choose to follow man's teachings to obtain salvation from God and not God's teachings to obtain salvation from God. Hmm! How possible will this be? - imagine giving somebody a condition for abtaining help from you, and someone goes ahead to follow nother person's condition different from yours and still expcts to get get help from you. First, you will feel ignored,unimportant disregarded and insulted. But, this is what we are doing to the almighty Father who asked us to listen to His son,Jesus today (Matt. 17:5).
3)What then has Jesus commanded of obtaining fromm God through Him? He said we should:
i)HEAR THE WORD. (Rom. 10:17; John 8:47; Luke 11:28: Heb. 2:1; 4:12; John 6:63; II Tim3:16-17.)
ii)BELIEVE  IN JESUS. (Acts 16:31; Heb 11:1, 6: I Thess. 2:13; John3:18; 4:42; 10:38; 14:1;20:30-31.)
iii)REPENT OF YOUR SINS. (Acts 3:19; 20:21, Luke 3:8-9, Matt 3:8 , Luke 5:31-32, II Peter 3:9, Romans 2:5.)  
iv)CONFESS JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOUR AND AS THE SON OF GOD. (Romans 10:9,Matthew 10:32,Luke 12:8, Phil. 2:11,I John 2:23, 4:2, 15: John 11:27, I Cor. 12:3.)
v)BE BAPTIZED.(I Peter 3:21,Eph. 4:5, Acts 2:38-41;8:36-38;10:48;22:16, Colo.2:21, Mak 16:16). More on Baptism will be further explained o this web-page.
